DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
Please, in accordance with the relevant legislation, read this agreement carefully by printing it in 12-point bold font. By making a purchase through our website, each buyer is deemed to have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement without the need for further notice.

BUYER: Customer (The Buyer is the person who makes a purchase via the website www.abimonel.com. The address and contact details provided during the purchase process will be taken as basis.)
By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that they will be obliged to pay the order amount along with any additional fees such as shipping and taxes upon confirming the order.
ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller’s website.
The Buyer declares that they are informed about the essential characteristics, price, payment method, delivery conditions, and right of withdrawal, and confirms this information electronically before placing the order.
Products whose packaging has been opened (such as protective seals, packaging, or bands) cannot be returned due to hygiene and health reasons, and therefore the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in such cases.
The listed prices on the website are the sales prices and remain valid until updated. If a product is listed for a limited time, the price is valid until the specified period ends.
The Buyer also declares that all information entered into the system belongs to them or that they have the right to use it. Otherwise, all responsibility lies with the Buyer.
ARTICLE 3: DELIVERY
This agreement is deemed effective on the date the order is placed.
The product/service will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer. Packages should be checked upon delivery in the presence of the courier. If damage is detected, a report must be prepared, and the product should not be accepted. Otherwise, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the product in good condition.
ARTICLE 4: GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The Buyer confirms that they have read and understood all product details, pricing, and delivery terms.
- The product will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days.
- If delivery is to a third party, the Seller is not responsible if the recipient refuses delivery.
- The Buyer must inspect the product upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
- If payment is not made, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
- If payment is not transferred by the bank, the Buyer must return the product within 3 days.
- In case of extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), delivery may be delayed. The Buyer may cancel or wait.
- Complaints and requests can be communicated through the Seller’s contact channels.
- The Seller may contact the Buyer via email, SMS, or phone for communication purposes.
- The Buyer agrees to comply with all legal regulations while using the website.
ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may return the product within 14 days without opening the original packaging, subject to approval from customer service.
Damaged packages must be inspected before acceptance. If damage is detected, a report must be issued.
Products that are used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the product is received and approved. Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on the bank.
ARTICLE 6: PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Buyer’s personal data will not be shared with third parties except for shipping purposes and legal obligations.
The Seller undertakes to process and protect personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 (KVKK), taking all necessary technical and administrative measures.
Data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized once the purpose of processing ceases.
ARTICLE 7: DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes, Seller records (including digital records) shall constitute evidence.
Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within legal limits, and for higher disputes, Istanbul Anatolian Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
By completing the payment, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
